BlackBerry Messenger 6.0 ผสมผสานด้านโซเชี่ยลแอพพลิเคชั่น - BBM6 Apps Made Social

      หลังจากที่ปล่อยให้อัพเดตไปแบบ Official กันไปแล้วใน BlackBerry App World ในเวอร์ชั่นนี้ได้มีการใช้งาน BBM Social Platform ที่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับแอพพลิเคชั่นอื่นๆ โดยการแชร์ข้อความไปยัง status หรือเชิญชวนให้ใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นนั้นๆไปยังเพื่อนๆใน BBM ได้ด้วย

      เรามาดูสิ่งที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหลักๆในเวอร์ชั่นนี้กันดีกว่าครับ

      รองรับการทำงานกับ BBM Social Platform
            ก่อนหน้านี้ RIM เคยปล่อย BBM Social Platform SDK ให้กับนักพัฒนานำไปใช้งานเพื่อให้แอพพลิเคชั่นของเขาเองสามารถใช้งานร่วมกับ BBM ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเชิญเพื่อนๆเข้ามาใช้งาน, อัพเดตข้อความใน Profile, แชร์ข้อความไปยังเพื่อนๆใน BBM Chat จากแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ใช้งานอยู่ได้

      การอัพเดตข้อความไปยัง Status ของเรา จาก Foursquare

      จะเป็นดังนี้ 

      แชร์ข้อความไปยัง BBM Chat ของเพื่อนๆ จาก Score Mobile

      หรือจะเข้าไปดู Profile ของเพื่อนๆได้ว่าเขาใช้งาน BBM ร่วมกับ Application อะไรอยู่ หากเพื่อนๆของคุณได้ตั้งค่าให้แสดงไว้ หากเรายังไม่มี Application นั้นๆ ก็สามารถคลิกเข้าไปเพื่อดาวน์โหลดได้ทันที

      หรือเราจะแสดงให้เพือนๆเห็นก็สามารถทำได้ โดยวิธีดังนี้ **การตั้งค่าเหล่านี้ จะต้องมีการเชื่อมต่อกับแอพฯแล้วเท่านั้น ถึงจะเห็นการตั้งค่านี้**

      1. ไปที่ Options เลื่อนลงมายัง BBM Connected Applications

      2. กดปุ่ม Edit ตรง Application Acces :

      3. เลือก Application ที่ต้องการแสดง แล้วกดปุ่ม Edit



      4. ไปติ๊กเครื่องหมายถูกที่ Post recent activities to my profile:



      จากนั้นก็จะแสดงใน Profile ของเราครับ

      ในการตั้งค่าตรงนี้ยังสามารถตั้งได้ว่าจะให้ Application นั้นๆ เชื่อมต่อกับ BBM หรือไม่ หากไม่ต้องการก็ไปเปลี่ยนค่าตรงConnect to BBM เป็น Disconnected ครับ

      และบรรทัดล่างสุด ignore invitations to become a BBM contact หากเราเลือกไว้ก็หมายความว่า เราปฏิเสธการเชิญชวนใช้งาน Applications นี้จากเพื่อนๆใน BBM ครับ

      เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการส่งพิกัดสถานที่ (Location) หรือแชร์จาก BlackBerry Maps มายังเพื่อนๆใน BBM

 

      หากใครที่ใช้งาน BlackBerry Maps สามารถแชร์พิกัดหรือสถานที่ต่างๆส่งไปให้เพื่อนๆใน BBM ได้
*การใช้งาน BlackBerry Maps จำเป็นต้องมีโปรสำหรับเล่นอินเตอร์เน็ต

ส่ง event และ appointments ที่เรากำหนดไว้ให้เพื่อนๆใน BBM ได้

      เราสามารถส่ง Appointment หรือตารางงานหมายนัดงานต่างๆของเราไปให้เพื่อนๆที่ต้องการได้ และเมื่อเพื่อนๆรับและ save ก็จะถูกบันทึกลงปฏิทินทันที

      สามารถร่างข้อความทิ้งไว้ได้ เมื่อออกไปแล้วกลับเข้ามายังคงมีข้อความที่เราพิมพ์ทิ้งไว้อยู่

      โดยตรงหน้าชื่อจะขึ้นสัญลักษณ์ BBM สีเขียวแทน หากยังไม่ได้อ่านจะเป็นสีน้ำเงิน และสีขาวคือที่อ่านแล้ว

เรามาดูความหมายของแต่ละตัวเลขกันครับ

1 = 2100 MHz
2 = 1900 MHz
4 = 1700 MHz
5 = 850 MHz
6 = 800 MHz
8 = 900 MHz

      นั่นก็หมายความว่าเครื่องของผมสามารถใช้งาน 3G ของ AIS ได้ เพราะเครื่องผมเป็น 1,4,8 ที่รองรับ 3G ที่ความถี่ 900 MHz

สรุปง่ายๆก็คือ

- ผู้ที่ใช้ AIS หากต้องการใช้งาน 3G เครื่องจะต้องเป็น 3G Bands 1,4,8
- ผู้ที่ใช้ DTAC และ Truemove หากต้องการใช้งาน 3G จะต้องเป็น 3G Bands 1,2,5,6

- ผู้ที่ใช้ i-mobile 3GX ก็สามารถใช้ได้หมดครับ เพราะทุกเครื่องรองรับ 3G ที่ความถี่ 2100 MHz

      ส่วนผู้ที่ใช้งาน BlackBerry Storm 9550, BlackBerry Bold 9650 นั้น ตรง 3G Bands จะมีแค่ 1 ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นรุ่นที่รองรับ CDMA ที่เป็นแบบนี้ครับ

      ตอนนี้มีผู้เปิดให้บริการ 3G ที่ความถี่ 2100 MHz ก็คือ TOT, 365, Mojo, i-mobile, IEC แต่ที่ใช้งาน BB Service ด้วยได้นั้นจะเป็นของ i-mobile 3GX

วิธีเปิดการใช้งานเครือข่าย 3G บน BlackBerry

      หากเรามีโปรโมชั่นและอยู่ในพื้นที่ให้บริการ 3G ของแต่ละเครือข่าย แต่ก็งงว่าทำไมไม่ขึ้น 3G เสียที อาจจะเป็นเพราะคุณยังไม่ได้เปิดการใช้งานอยู่ก็เป็นได้ครับ วันนี้เลยเอาวิธีเปิดการใช้งาน 3G มาฝากเพื่อนๆครับ

สำหรับ OS6

 

      เลื่อน Cursor ไปยังแถบด้านบนสุดของหน้า HomeScreen กด trackpad 1 ครั้ง จะมีเมนูเลื่อนลงมา แล้วเลื่อนไปที่ Mobile Network Options 

 

      หรือ ไปที่ Options >Networks and Connections > Mobile Network

      เลือก Network Mode ให้เป็น 3G หรือ 3G&2G ก็ได้ครับ

สำหรับ OS5 

      ไปที่ Manage Connections > Mobile Network Options  เลือก Network Mode ให้เป็น 3G หรือ 3G&2G 

      หากใครไม่ต้องการเปลี่ยน Mode บ่อยๆ ให้เลือกแบบ 3G&2G หากเราไม่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ให้บริการ 3G ของเครือข่าย ตัวเครื่องก็จะมาใช้งานเครือข่าย 2G แทน พอไปอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่สามารถใช้ 3G ได้ ตัวเครื่องก็จะเปลี่ยนใช้งาน 3G อัตโนมัติครับ 

      ส่วนใครที่ไม่ต้องการให้ค้นหาอัตโนมัติ เพราะอาจจะทำให้แบตหมดเร็วขึ้น ก็ตั้งเป็น 2G ไว้ หากต้องการใช้งานก็ค่อยเปลี่ยนมาเป็น 3G ก็ได้ครับ เลือกตั้งค่าได้ตามการใช้งานของเราได้เลยครับ

      "แต่การใช้งาน 3G นั้นจะทำให้แบตเตอรรี่เราหมดเร็วขึ้น หากใครที่ไม่ต้องการใช้งานก็เลือกเป็น 2G ไว้นะครับ จะได้ประหยัดแบตเตอรรี่ "
